These are one size fits all grillz each with a reusable silicone molding bar and instructions for easy fitting and adjusting without messy molds. Our grillz are east to use and safe to wear inside your mouth. Why Purchase Stainless Steel Grillz instead of Brass Grillz? Brass grillz are electroplated with 14k gold, but will lose color within a few weeks. Great for certain occasions or music videos. Our stainless steel grillz use high quality Ion Plating, an advanced gold plating process allowing the gold to last up to 2 years with normal use. Perfect for long term use. Our stainless steel grillz are plated with 18k gold instead of 14k gold. Our stainless steel grillz last 10-50 times longer than brass. With prices relatively the same, you’ll get way more bang for your buck with these grillz. Instructions: First, adjust adjust the grill mouthpiece to the shape of your mouth. Then insert the silicone fixing bar in between the back prongs of the grillz and place both in hot water together. Once the bar softens and becomes clear, remove the mouthpiece from the water and place it onto your teeth. Adjust as necessary for the fit and look you desire.
