These springs are made by the same subcontractor that built them for Randall, AMT, Brolin, Para Ord, and many other gun manufactures. This is the standard commercial weight spring for the 5″ barrel 1911. Change your recoil spring often because the biggest reason for slide cracks and frame cracks is weak old recoil springs.
