Combined postage for UK Customers — postage for every additional item is L1.60 (added to the most expensive item’s postage in the basket) unless it is a ‘free shipping’ item.

Combined postage for International Customers — postage and combined postage rates can be checked by clicking the ‘postage and payment’ section on every listing by choosing your country of destination.

To claim combined postage discount please follow 3 easy steps:

1. Please go to our Purpless eBay shop and choose the listings/items you are interested in.

2. On each listing please use ‘Add to basket/cart’ button to place each item in the basket/cart (please do not use ‘Buy it now’ button and do not pay for each item individually).

3. In the basket/cart postage will be automatically combined and you can easily proceed to checkout and pay one combined postage cost for all your items.

ORDERS:

Q. How do I know what size I should buy? Please check our size guide which is available on every listing. Please check your measurements against those listed on the size guide.

Q. Can I change my order before shipping? Once you have confirmed your order it is not possible to make any changes. If you change your mind about the product, please contact us, so we can advise accordingly.

Q. I have changed my mind, can I cancel my order? If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. All orders placed before 1pm GMT are shipped the same day. If your order has already been shipped we can not cancel your order.

Q. When will you dispatch my order? We will dispatch your order within 12-24 hrs from when we receive your payment (UK mainland customers only) excluding weekends and bank holidays. International orders are dispatched twice a week.

Q. Will the item I receive be exactly the same colour as I see in your photo? Colours on our photos are for illustration purposes only and may slightly differ from colours in reality as different browsers have different colour management settings, different devices have different display technologies as well as brightness and contrast settings depending on the individual device.

Q. Is there a money back guarantee? If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original condition within 30 days from receipt of the item. Q. Do you ship internationally? Yes we do ship to all international destinations, Royal Mail international rates apply + VAT.

Q. What do I do if my order has not been delivered within the expected time frame? All delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. If your order is running late, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Q. I have entered the wrong shipping address, Can this be amended? Once you have placed your order we can not amend your shipping address. If an incorrect shipping address is provided please contact us immediately, If your order has not yet been shipped we will cancel the order, If your order has been shipped the item will be delivered to the address you provided and confirmed at checkout. Please note it is the buyers responsibility to check these details prior to confirming the order and making payment.

Q. Can you ship my parcel quicker? We offer a number of different shipping options at checkout, please ensure that you select your preferred delivery method prior to confirming your order and making payment. We can not change the shipping method after your order is confirmed.

Q. My purchase has free shipping, how will it be shipped? All free shipping listings will be shipped via Royal Mail standard delivery for UK orders and Royal Mail standard international delivery for international orders. Orders shipped internationally: once the item reaches the country of destination it will be handed over to the local postal service for delivery.

RETURNS:

Q. Do you accept returns for an exchange/refund? Yes we do. If the item you received is not suitable, is unwanted or you wish to exchange it for a different size/item or return it for a refund, please follow the instructions on your return slip attached to the bottom of your invoice enclosed in your parcel.

Q. My order has arrived damaged/faulty, what can i do? If your order arrives damaged/faulty please contact us as soon as possible.We ask that our tags and labels are not removed from the item and we will endeavour to resolve this to buyers satisfaction.

Q. I have worn the item but i wish to return it, is this possible? We do not accept returns for items that have been used or worn and our tags/labels have been removed, this is due to hygiene reason.

REFUNDS:

Q. How long will i wait to receive a refund? We ask to allow 7 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed from the day we receive your item back.

Q. Why have you not refunded the postage and packaging I paid? Payment for postage is the responsibility of the buyer and is non-refundable.

Upon receipt of your payment we will ship the item within 24 hrs. If an order is placed with us before 1pm (on a working day) we will usually ship the item the same day. Please note working days are Monday — Friday 8.30am — 4.30pm GMT excluding UK Bank Holidays.

All shipments will be confirmed by eBay via email. For any recorded shipments you will receive tracking information. Please note Royal Mail’s Signed For service only confirms delivery of your item, Royal Mail do not provide detailed tracking information. All international orders are shipped/dispatched from our office twice a week.

Delivery and Packing Options:

Royal Mail First Class or First Class Signed For — (UK) delivery within 2-5 working days

Royal Mail Second Class — (UK) delivery within 3-7 working days

Royal Mail Airmail or International Signed For — delivery to Europe within 3 -10 working days and delivery to Rest of the World within 7-15 working days.

Please note the delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed.

We usually use Royal Mail however depending on the size, weight and destination we may on occasion use Parcel Force, GLS, DPD, DHL or other shipping companies.

Please note we can not be held responsible for any delays caused by shipping companies, your local postal service or International Customs Procedures.

In case of delayed or damaged in transit item, please contact us accordingly this will enable us to start necessary procedures with the shipping company.

If you have not received your item 10 working days after the estimated delivery date for UK mainland deliveries, 20 working days after the estimated delivery date for deliveries in Europe and 25 working days after the estimated delivery date for Rest of the World deliveries we will deem your item as lost.

Please note we can not be held responsible if the item is lost by the shipping company.

Should you wish to return your item for an exchange or a refund, please complete the returns slip attached to your invoice.

Please return the item(s) within 30 days from the day you received your parcel (30 days cool off period applies).You do not need to notify us of your return, providing it is within the 30 days from parcel’s recipt date.

Items must be returned in a sale-able condition as delivered to you and in the original packaging with all our labels and tags still attached.

Please allow us up to 7 days from receipt of your item to process your exchange or refund. Usually we refund within 2 days from receipt.

A refund/exchange will only be given if the item(s) returned meet all the criteria above.

If your item has arrived faulty please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to exchange it. Should a direct exchange not be available, we will refund the value of the purchase back to the account you made the original payment from.

Postage cost for returned items is customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable When returning parcels to us please make sure you keep all receipts confirming postage until you receive a refund confirmation from eBay. It is also recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the items you are returning.

The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore any parcels that we do not receive back will not be refunded.

We can not accept returns of any items that show signs of wear and tear, are damaged or the original tags and labels have been removed.
