Our handling time for orders is usually one business day unless the order is placed before 1 pm EST, in which case there is a very good chance it will be sent that same day, but no guarantees.

All of our orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail (1-3 bus. day) and Fedex Home Delivery (1-4 bus. day).  If you live on the west coast and your item is heavy, we will most likely use Fedex.  

By default nearly all of our listings have 'Best Offer' enabled; this does NOT mean we will accept your offer.  As the seller, we have full discretion over whether or not we will accept/decline an offer.  In most cases, we will decline offers that meet the following criteria…

1)  Making an offer on an item that was just listed within the month

2)  Making an extremely low offer (i.e. >60% of item's worth)  when we are already the lowest on eBay/Internet

3)  Making an offer on an item that is below $10 (unless buying in a quantity >1)

We closely monitor all of our offers and take each one seriously; In order to increase your chances of us accepting an offer we recommend…

1)  Making an offer for multiple units; whether it be the same item or many different items within our store

2)  Attaching a comment to your offer explaining why you think your offer is fair

3)  Being a repeat buyer on our store can also greatly increase your odds as we take that into account

We accept all returns within 30 days of delivery (unless specifically noted in the listing).  When you receive your product we ask that you inspect it immediately to make sure nothing was damaged during transit.  Buyer is expected to pay for return shipping unless there are pre-existing issues that are not the buyer's fault (i.e. damage during transit).

We have set up our very own branded tracking page that allows customers to easily visualize where there parcel is currently located.  This tracking page can be accessed via a link sent by an email after you place an order from us.  Our goal was to make the tracking process as simple and painless as possible.  

Please note that we are a third-party reseller of many different products.  We buy most of our product in bulk and pass on the savings to you.  If you have a question feel free to ask, but understand that if the question is very technical we may not be able to assist.
