Up for your consideration we have this rare 14k solid Gold case, vintage Lady Elgin running well woman’s wrist watch. Model 619, 19 Jewel windup watch. The size of the front of the watch is 1/2 x 1/2 inch. This is a Speidel Gold plated wrist watch. The case weighs approximately 4 grams. Please review photos for condition. (for an accurate total, you would have to remove the stones from the settings) During measurements there is some degree of calculation, so it is an approximation.
