If you return your purchase after 15 days but within 30 days, you will be refunded with an Jack Martin Gift Card to the value of the returned items.
You can return your item in 30 days if it is not worn, washed and perfumed. We cannot accept returns if the items do not have a suitable resale condition. After we inspect the item, your full refund will be issued.

Free return is not available for sale items, even if you return the item in 3 days. Delivery charges are non-refundable except in cases of wrong delivery.
