MANUFACTURER’S PRODUCT DETAILS: The JMS-T100LP AccuTOF LC-plus is a fully computer-controlled (computer not included) LC-TOF mass spectrometer directly connected to a liquid chromatograph (not included) and used for routine analysis. This mass spectrometer provides an LC-ML superior in maintenance by adopting straight ion sources, and providing isolation valve and a standard dry-nitrogen tank (not included). The spectrometer, designed based on a reflectron time-of-flight mass spectrometer allows getting a high-resolution mass spectrum, and also easily measuring accurate mass. The AccuTOF allows the operator to measure with high reliability, high quality mass data efficiently and without skill. The main application of this instrument is analyzing compounds with comparatively high polarity. It also allows measuring low molecular weight to high molecular weight compounds such as proteins. The AccuTOF allows anyone to measure high-accuracy mass by making the best use of its intrinsic features, which are high sensitivity, high resolution, and high accuracy. The main applications are: Analyzing synthetic compounds and natural organic compounds, and analyzing biological samples such as amino acids, peptides, and proteins. When an optional coldspray ion source is installed (not included) it can also be used for analyzing coordinate-bond super molecules and analyzing interaction between DNA and drug molecules.
