Please reach out on one of those 3 platforms to learn how to save $$$ This listing is build to order a NP 205 Transfer case with a SHORT 32 spline input that pairs to a TH400 4×4 Transmission with 4.5″ stick out length, GM NV4500, or 4L80e modified fully splined 2×4 Transmission. ***Correct adapter is required for each individual transmission application*** If you need a LONG input shaft, one can be provided as a modification at additional cost. Build to order — means It will be built when you order it, to your specifications. The transfer case is not sitting on the shelf ready to go. This is why there’s a long handling time. Transfer Case Solutions offers the most complete and in depth rebuilt transfer cases. Down to the speedometer retainer seal. This seal is not in any «kit» on the market and overlooked. Don’t fill your speedometer cable full of oil. This will fit any Chevy Truck, Blazer, Suburban, Jimmy, Crew Cab or car, doubler, or adapter you have retrofitted for your application. At a minimum, Transfer Case Solutions highly recommends powder coating your case with the full corrosion resistance package. It will stop the cast iron from continuing to rust and protect it from all elements, including your leaky engine oil and road salt. It’s far stronger and superior to paint. The transfer case will come completely drained. It is your responsibility to fill the transfer case to the appropriate level with the appropriate oil.
