First a note about other sellers here on ebay claiming to be selling REBUILT movements. They claim they install bushings but don’t show it in their pictures…I asked them to show me the bushings they installed but they refuse to do so. Why? because there are no bushings to show!! Another claims his movements are rebuilt and then uses the term «recently serviced» which essentially means nothing…to me it could mean it was only oiled or adjusted but certainly not REBUILT. Another seller doesn’t know how to keep the laquer from coming off the brass. If they don’t know that they shouldn’t attempt clock repair!! This all boils down to the fiddlers, tinkerers, and kitchen table mechanics calling themselves clock repairmen which they are not. We’ve been in the clock repair business for 5 generations since 1844…so if you want a PROFESSIONALLY REBUILT clock movement you’ve come to the right place.
