Once the item is back with us, we will inspect the rug, and then organise the refund/exchange/store credit. The refund amount will also be minus the original postage charge to you. For items that have «free shipping» as freight charge, a set amount (the amount we paid to dispatch out to you originally) will be deducted from your refund amount to cover our original freight expenses.
