Boots will be carefully packaged to ensure safe shipment of original box and boots.Description:Urban Wolf boots are considered to be one of the most exciting new small bootmakers punching way above their weight—with full grain leather uppers, veg-tan leather midsoles, veg-tan leather insoles, goodyear welt construction, and fine attention to detail. Custom Order Changes: These are built on their «Colt» last, but on the Axeman pattern. I made this special request because the «Colt» last has a much slimmer/sleeker profile that I think is far more attractive, but I wanted to combine it with their Axeman pattern and boot height. I also requested a true cap toe (two pieces of overlapping leather instead of one layer of leather stitched over together at the seam), leather shank, and a brogue cap toe.360 degree goodyear welt construction — arguably the most reliable and quality method for durability, water resistance, and ease to be re-craftable and re-soleable. Veg-tan midsole, veg-tan insole, cork filling, and LEATHER shank Full-grain antique brown leather with hand finished dying. Sizing: Boot sizing can be highly variable (since everyone’s foot is shaped differently), so I only provide this as my opinion for general guidance. These are size 10.5. I would say the last is similar to Viberg 2030, Thursday Captain, Parkhurst 602 (or the new 618 last), and Grant Stone Leo Last. It has a gentle taper/contour to the toe so these can be dressed up or down, and an overall lower toe profile from the side. It has a nice snug fit at the heel. General sizing guidance is that these will fit someone who is around a Brannock size 11 with standard width feet or E width at the ball. For reference, I am a Brannock size 11 with a slimmer heel, just about E-width at the ball of foot, a somewhat lower volume foot. I wear a size 10.5 in Truman 79, Parkhurst 602 and 618, Thursday Captain, White’s 55 last, and Grant Stone Leo.
