The sparkle in the shoulders is simply coming from the overhead lighting. So fun! *** Also, if you are looking for a statement dress or looking to make a grand entrance, this dress is for you. If you plan on hiding in a corner hoping not to be noticed, this amazing dress probably isn’t what you are looking for. Sorry, I had to throw some humor in here. This dress is just awesome and will be sure to turn some heads. To me, this vintage dress is in what I call excellent vintage condition which means lovingly worn, well taken care of and wear consistant with age. It is not new. I am guessing it is from the 80s with the huge shoulders and Talon zipper. I see no holes, stains, snags or serious signs or wear or repair.
